I feel the energy, we have the momentum

I got into this race for one reason, I love our country. But what has happened in our country for the last four years… it is insane. Think of the craziness that is happening in our country. What is right has become wrong and what is wrong has become right. We’re talking about putting illegal immigrants up in hotels and giving them cash payments while we have veterans living on the street.

Responding to Doyle’s Negative Ads Statement

It has come to my attention that my opponent, Steve Doyle, is bringing attention to the negative ads being run against me in the final days of the campaign. Apparently, attacking social media posts made by teenagers are now fair game among the Doyle camp.

While he claims to not approve of these ads, he will do nothing to stop the historic amount of money being spent to run them, since they are mainly being paid for by wealthy special interest groups that have publicly endorsed him in this election.

The Second Amendment is On the Ballot

Most United States citizens can identify the Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States as something to do with the right to keep and bear arms. If the discussion moves to the Bill of Rights to the Constitution the knowledge confidence of the typical citizen probably deteriorates. To fully understand the Second Amendment we must first understand the Bill of Rights.

Electoral College

There are Democrats who want to eliminate the Electoral College. They feel that it is undemocratic and has no place in our government. It is and it does.

A new nation had sent the British to England and it had no organized plan to govern but they did have states. There were big down to small states in terms of their number of square miles of land within their borders. Think: New York , N. Carolina and Delaware, Rhode Island.

Two-Faced Rebecca Crook strikes again

Like so many Democrats in Washington, they like to say one thing in their districts or while they run for re-election and do something completely different once they get to Congress.

Now their handpicked candidate, Rebecca Crook, is taking a page from their playbook. Crook is caught downplaying her positions on the issues in a new story from The National Review Online.

From The National Review:

Early In-Person Voting Begins, Record Return for Absentee Ballots

As early in-person voting began this week in our state, Wisconsin clerks reported that they have already received over 360,000 absentee ballots for the upcoming election. Datafrom the Wisconsin Elections Commission shows that over 611,000 absentee ballots have been sent out, with about 59% returned so far, as seen in the VoteHub graphic above

This return rate for absentee ballots is already higher than in the 2020 election when early voting was used at a record-high rate due to pandemic restrictions.

We’re in a dead heat.

The latest polling in the Wisconsin Senate race shows I am up just one point.

That’s both good and bad.

Good — because we’ve tightened this race. We’ve put Tammy Baldwin and Senate Democrats on their heels. Because of our hard work, this race is a TOSS UP. The momentum is with us as we enter the final two weeks of this race.

But here’s where I am worried.

The Democrats might be down, but they aren’t going to take this polling or ratings change lying down.

Pfaff not a good choice in the 32nd

As someone who was born and raised on a dairy farm in the Coulee Region I am deeply saddened by Senator Brad Pfaff’s stance on income tax. I was born in the mid 70’s and grew up on a dairy farm which at any given time milked between 45 and 50 head. Our barn had a combination of tie stalls and stanchions. My parents, who are now in their 80’s, raised three successful kids while making an income between 15-20K a year. I was a farm kid too.
