In my day job as a software delivery manager one exercise I coach my teams on is called the retrospective. Upon completion of a project, the team discusses what went well and we should continue in future projects, what did not work and should stop doing, and what did we learn through the course of the project.
The goal is to have a candid conversation and learn from the experience. As a skilled facilitator I have to make sure the conversation does not descend into 'blame game' B.S. and when done properly, everyone walks away wiser and prepared to succeed on future projects.

Coulee conservatives must communicate! But, what does that mean? Word by word, coulee is a region in western Wisconsin defined as La Crosse county and all of Monroe and Vernon counties. One reference had “Trempealeau County often included” while another stated that parts of Trempealeau and Jackson counties were included.
Across America, liberal politicians with naive, dangerous agendas are prioritizing the feelings of criminals over justice for victims and the protection of our communities. With President Donald Trump set to return to the White House in a few short days, President Joe Biden and the progressive staff around him spent their final weeks abusing the pardon and commutation powers.
The new legislative session is in full swing at the State Capitol! Legislation is being introduced, I’m meeting with stakeholders about their priorities, and committees are beginning their work. Recently, both the Senate and Assembly passed Senate Joint Resolution (SJR) 2. SJR 2 is a proposed constitutional amendment that would enshrine into the Constitution current state law that requires voters to show a photo ID before voting. The next step for this proposed amendment is to go directly to the voters in April.
It is my priority to make sure voting in Wisconsin is easy and secure. This week, we advanced a constitutional amendment to do just that. On your ballot in April, you will now see a question asking to enshrine Wisconsin’s voter ID requirement in our state constitution. A “yes” vote strengthens Wisconsin’s existing statutory requirement and protects it against removal by a future legislature or an activist judiciary.
Four of my five children are women. Eight of my 10 grandchildren are women. I am interested in the welfare of women.
There was a Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act and 158 Democrats voted against it last September. Wisconsin Democrat Representatives, Mark Pocan and Gwen Moore, were two of them.
