WI Trans Student Sues School District Over Bathroom Policy
A seventh-grade biological male student who "identifies" as a girl has filed a lawsuit in federal court against his Wisconsin school district, claiming he was prohibited from accessing the girls' restroom. The lawsuit alleges that the Elkhorn Area School District, located southwest of Milwaukee, has breached Title IX's supposed prohibition against sex-based discrimination in schools, as well as the Fourteenth Amendment, according to the 13-year-old plaintiff.
This is a clear distortion of Title IX and the Fourteenth Amendment's original intentions. Title IX was enacted to ensure equal opportunities, not to impose a radical redefinition of sex. This case underscores the urgent need for common-sense policies that respect biological realities and safeguard the fundamental rights and privacy of the majority. Women's right to privacy and safety is not dependent on what a male believes about his "gender identity."

So sad that this individual is so confused
But society can not cater to every person who does not fit into the standard category, we need to protect the standard and the majority of students. Perhaps his parents or friends can do a GoFundMe and get this individual a portapotty?
