When Kamala Harris and other Democrats brag that violent crime has gone down substantially during the Biden-Harris administration, and that it should, therefore, be a non-factor in this November’s presidential election, they’re often using faulty FBI statistics that don’t tell the whole story.

The inability to curb violent crime is actually one of Biden and Harris’ biggest failures over the past three and a half years, but you wouldn’t know that from a cursory look at the FBI’s statistics.

Van Orden, NRCC ad targets Biden administration over immigration

The National Republican Congressional Committee is airing a hybrid ad with U.S. Rep. Derrick Van Orden that knocks President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris and backs the former Navy SEAL.

An NRCC spokesperson didn’t immediately respond to a request for more details about the spot. AdImpact hadn’t yet collected information on how much was being spent on the ad as of late Thursday.

Hybrid spots allow groups such as the NRCC to get the lower candidate rate for an ad. But those spots must promote the party overall as well as a candidate.

Another Referendum Incoming

If you’ve looked ahead at what’s on your ballot, you may have noticed another statewide referendum.

Let’s take a minute to look at this proposed change to our state constitution:

Referendum Question: “Eligibility to vote. Shall section 1 of article III of the constitution, which deals with suffrage [voting], be amended to provide that only a United States citizen age 18 or older who resides in an election district may vote in an election for national, state, or local office or at a statewide or local referendum?”

SAVE Act for Election Integrity

I'm a co-sponsor of the SAVE Act (Safeguard American Voter Eligibility) because it should be obvious to everyone — even Democrats — that we should prevent illegal immigrants from voting.

Unfortunately most Democrats in Congress don't agree. This legislation aims to secure our elections by requiring proof of citizenship to vote.

This just doesn’t add up...

I was with Trump at an event in my hometown of Prairie du Chien recently. He spoke to a crowd, but so many more patriots were BARRED from seeing him because his HUGE, outdoor rally was canceled.

The Democrat-run government claimed there wasn’t enough Secret Service available for Trump’s outdoor rally. Yet, somehow there was enough to protect the President of Iran, the leader of the LARGEST terrorist state in the world and who has called for Trump’s head!

Anyone can see that something just isn’t right here…
