Since 2012, Act 10 has saved Wisconsin taxpayers $16.8 billion.
Now that the Wisconsin Supreme Court flipped to liberal control, special interest groups filed a lawsuit to repeal Act 10. If overturned, it would bankrupt schools and local governments right after we gave them a historic funding increase.

This past Tuesday, a state senate committee held a public hearing on two bills (SB-597 and SB-598) dealing with school libraries and public libraries. One bill requires school libraries to notify parents of a student under the age of 16 of any materials or documents the student checks out no later than 24 hours after the checkout. The other bill requires the same thing of public libraries. Current law allows parents to find out what their children are checking out if the parent requests the information.
In October, there were 240,988 illegal immigrants encountered at our southern border – a 235% increase from October 2020. Despite this historic crisis, the Biden administration has continued to carry out their open-border agenda, including halting construction of the border wall, reinstating “catch-and-release”, and terminating Title 42.
