I’m a bit nerdy and created some automations on my computer that raise an alert whenever Marxists in the Democrat Mafia make efforts to erode our Liberty. In an unprecedented assault on our Civil Rights this week, I received more alerts in a short period of time than ever before. Marxist Democrats (including our local representatives) have opened a new front in their war to destroy your Civil Rights.

Nine pieces of legislation were updated that will erode your Liberty and chip, chip, chip away at our Second Amendment until our rights are so weak that they no longer have any power. Where in the constitution do We the People authorize politicians to restrict our rights in this manner? What part of “...the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed” are they confused about?

One of these violations of their oath of office include legislation to force a 48 hour waiting period before a gun purchase can be concluded. If this becomes law, will the politicians be held accountable when a young woman is murdered or raped because she wasn’t able to defend herself in the 48 hour period of time she had to wait? Where in the Second Amendment do We the People give them the authority to make us wait before we can defend our own lives? Will they next create legislation that forces us to wait before we can exercise our First Amendment rights? Just how far will these Marxists go to ‘fundamentally transform America?’

I have an idea and I’m looking for an elected official to draft this into legislation: make it a Class H Felony for any politician who violates their oath of office. I think it is time to get serious about holding elected officials accountable for their flagrant violations of our highest law: the United States Constitution.
