National Retrospective
In my day job as a software delivery manager one exercise I coach my teams on is called the retrospective. Upon completion of a project, the team discusses what went well and we should continue in future projects, what did not work and should stop doing, and what did we learn through the course of the project.
The goal is to have a candid conversation and learn from the experience. As a skilled facilitator I have to make sure the conversation does not descend into 'blame game' B.S. and when done properly, everyone walks away wiser and prepared to succeed on future projects.
Now is the time for our nation to conduct a similar exercise and you can see it playing out with pundits and opinion pages all across America.
First, should the Democrat Party nominate, elect, and cover up the cognitive capabilities of someone like Joe Biden? Were media pundits helping the nation by aiding Democrats with the cover up?
Second, is it acceptable for an elite group to select who a presidential candidate will be or did Democrats violate the trust of the people by putting Kamala onto the ballot without allowing any primary votes to be cast? Is that what democracy looks like?
Finally, is it acceptable for the government to ignore laws they don't like, twist the meanings of laws to wage lawfare on their political opponents, issue blind pardons for the guilty, and rely on corporate media to help them cover it all up?
