Yes, Deb Suchla is right, to get bids from anyone capable of doing the job, and to not do that is a poor use of tax dollars. Experts is a questionable term for people running the system and a term that is used very loosely.
Walker also had a $3,600,000,000 debt that he needed to solve, and Act 10 put us in a position to do that and has benefited all of Wisconsin. The argument that the state must treat all departments the same is pure nonsense.
