America has been attacked by Domestic terrorism, and America's President is fully behind them. This is called an Autoworkers Strike, but it seems these people are well paid, and have great benefits. They are holding out for close to a 40 percent wage increase, and they want to work less hours. More pay and fewer work hours leads to less productivity, which leads to a higher cost and makes our products more expensive. Public search shows that many so-called American autos are made in Mexico, and the average pay there is $4 an hour. I am guessing that this new strike will lead to more cars being built there.

It is difficult to run a business in America, with all the regulations and government demands for benefits, etc. The government and the President have no business interfering with private businesses and they are giving credibility to this form of extortion. and that leads to exported jobs and has for years, and it is getting worse.

A good way of dealing with being underpaid is simple. If you are not paid what you are worth, or are mistreated by your employer, go somewhere where you are paid what you are worth. And if you can't find someplace better, assume that you are not worth any more. If you find yourself in that boat go to Technical College and learn a valuable skill that pays well. That is the same boat as our ancestors were in, they needed to take care of themselves, and not rely on the government.
