Fiscal Responsibility & Climate Change Hypocrisy
The Debt Ceiling bill passed by House Republicans is more than reasonable, and the bare minimum of what the American people should expect in exchange for increasing the debt ceiling@SenSchumer should bring it to the Senate floor, pass it, and @POTUS ought to sign it. pic.twitter.com/1g9WYGsbaX

Climate alarmists complain about $12 billion in fossil fuel subsidies but support $1,200 billion in green energy subsidies that will have little impact on climate.
That is a self-inflicted wound we cannot afford when we're already $32 trillion in debt. pic.twitter.com/caqyQHZTPP— Senator Ron Johnson (@SenRonJohnson) May 3, 2023

Thanks Ron!
Let's make them a deal Ron! We should eliminate the 12 billion in subsidies, that we don't need, and they eliminate all the money they want for changing climate. America has done more than any other country in the world to improve our emissions, and we have done it at a huge cost. When the rest of the major contributors won't do it, it will not change. The climate has changed for over a billion years, we have had more than 19 Ice ages, and rewarming, so rather than destroy life in America, let's just see if we can keep America from attaining Third World Nation status.
