Representative Ron Kind’s silence about Representative Maxine Water’s recent disruptive and despicable outburst concerning resisting and being just plain rude to the President, members of the Cabinet, their staffs, and their families speaks volumes. Since he hasn’t voiced displeasure at the petty, political, and personal outburst of this disruptive Democrat calling for disobedience, he either doesn’t care or must be in agreement!

Redistricting Revisited

“Gerrymandering plaintiffs unanimously rejected” was the headline on a La Crosse Tribune paper a week or more ago. The sub-headline read “U.S. Supreme Court says they lack standing” but then a majority of the justices agreed to send the case back to the district court so that the plaintiffs may have an opportunity to try again with their complaints.

How Long Does it Take to Update a Simple Web Page in La Crosse County?

As I write this, it is June 23, 2018 at 7:40am and the La Crosse County web site still shows Leon Pfaff as the County Board Supervisor for District 24. I was present during the recount where Kevin Hoyer was confirmed as the winner of that seat and he has been representing the people ever since. How long does it take for staff of La Crosse County to update a simple web page? Is this the level of service we can expect for all of our county services? Why hasn't the County Board performed the necessary over site to ensure these types of simple tasks are performed properly and on time?
