Act Ten did many positive things and one not mentioned was that Walker did, was the huge advantage that fixed the Wisconsin State Retirement System, and they got it fully funded. That led to the greatest state retirement system in the USA. It is a huge advantage when working for the State of Wisconsin. A massive Walker achievement.
