Susan Crawford presided over the case of Kevin Welton, a man who sexually assaulted six and seven-year-old girls in a public swimming pool. Crawford listened to every disgusting detail of the case and had the opportunity to put Welton in prison for more than 100 years. Instead, she denied pleadings from parents and gave Welton just four years in prison. Now, Welton lives within minutes of a local elementary school.
