Jason McGuire leads Wisconsin Family Action’s counterpart in New York. For those who may not be familiar with Jason’s story, Jason was targeted for his values and incarcerated as a result of Letitia James’ (the same Attorney General that went after President Trump) lawfare.

Today, Jason needs the support of people across the country.

I’m going to be very upfront with you.

For months now, Democrat operatives, media pundits, and Washington pollsters have been laying the groundwork for what they’re calling a “Republican wipeout” in this year’s upcoming election.

They want you to believe conservatives are tired.
They want you to believe the fight is already over.
And they want grassroots Americans to sit this one out.

I’m not buying it — and neither should you.

Let me tell you why this fight matters so much to me.

Governor Evers’ property tax relief plan fails to constrain property tax growth

Policymakers are scrambling for solutions as Wisconsin property tax burdens continue to rise. As homeowners clamor for relief, Gov. Tony Evers (D) has proposed using $1.3 billion from the state’s surplus to buy down property tax bills. Unfortunately, the proposal does nothing to address the structural drivers of high (and rising) property taxes and, if anything, puts more pressure on them in the future. His proposal commits the state to subsidies that shift burdens rather than alleviate them.

Restoring Verifiable Elections

The candidate for Wisconsin Governor who makes restoring verifiability to our elections his first priority will quickly become the front runner to win the 2026 election. By using On Wisconsin
Outdoors’ reporting over the last two years on why our elections are unverifiable and putting forward a plan to correct the problem, he will separate himself from the other candidates and
win the overwhelming support of Wisconsin’s voters.

On Wednesday, January 21 the State Senate was in session. This was the first Senate session in several years that was not streamed on WisconsinEye, the state’s version of C-SPAN. Thankfully, with the help of the Legislative Technology Services Bureau (LTSB), we were still able to livestream the proceedings to ensure state government remained open and transparent for anyone who wished to watch.

During the session, the Senate passed a number of bills focused on easing the cost of living and making strategic investments in farmers and rural Wisconsin.
