The Wisconsin State Senate met this week for a floor session where we passed a number of legislative proposals that aim to help families keep more money in their pockets.

One of them, Senate Joint Resolution 116 (SJR 116), would prohibit any Wisconsin governor – no matter their political affiliation – from using their partial veto authority to create or increase a fee or tax.

I believe all of us would agree that if we stepped out onto the porch in the morning; saw wet sidewalks and small puddles in the driveway, we would know that it had rained overnight. There is something just as obvious in the state of Minnesota. One could easily observe that there are a large number of ICE employments in Minneapolis. And just like in many other governing areas, there are policies by the Democrat Party that don't get solved - only get worse.

My name is Nick Polce. I am a former Special Forces soldier and now a husband, father and small business owner.

I write to you because I’ve decided to run for Lieutenant Governor of Wisconsin in 2026.

While I hung up the Green Beret about a decade ago, the mindset never left.

Same mission fundamentals apply—small teams, big effects, unconventional approaches, ruthless competence, and never leaving your people behind.

Only now the focus is energy, healthcare, education, housing, economic opportunity, and the future our kids will inherit.

“Affordability” has fast become the political buzzword of the 2026 midterms. Democrats and their Leftmedia propagandists have latched onto this as a potentially winning issue, if they can frame it as caused by Donald Trump’s policies — namely his imposition of tariffs and Republican complicity.

Never mind the fact that it was thanks to Joe Biden and the Democrats that Americans find themselves in today’s “affordability” mess. But, as is the case with politics, reality and a winning campaign narrative are not often aligned.

Cryin' Josh Kaul

Josh Kaul is mad and he's crying about it.

His crime lab failures come down to just one person: HIMSELF.

As an Attorney General he's a complete train wreck. Instead of fixing the crime lab issues he actually made them worse!

Josh Kaul brought this on himself when he hired climate-activist lawyers from a Bloomberg-funded program to attack farmers and energy producers.

Suing dairy producers who are already struggling shuts down family farms that have run for decades, supplying our markets with high quality food and dairy.
