Five
Five. That’s the number of Wisconsin Supreme Court justices who are endorsing our campaign! This week, David Prosser and Jon Wilcox, two outstanding former justices, joined Justices Rebecca Bradley and Daniel Kelly and former Justice Michael Gableman in supporting us.
Five. The number also represents something greater; my five children. They’re the reason I’m running. The people of Wisconsin and future generations deserve a Supreme Court justice committed to upholding their Constitutional rights and the rule of law. Those things make up the very fabric of our republic we love and the freedoms we hold dear. I promise to defend them as your next Supreme Court justice.
The endorsements come on the heels of our historic fundraising efforts, as we’re proud to have raised more than $310,000 coming into this year. That is the top fundraising total of any recent Supreme Court candidate during the July – December reporting period. Your contributions are helping us spread our positive message across the state.
Last week, we met with supporters in Baraboo, Johnson Creek, Manitowoc, Grand Chute, Stevens Point, Wausau, and Waukesha. People at each stop were thrilled to hear that I am committed to applying the law as written – without a political agenda – just as I am doing on the Wisconsin Court of Appeals.
Last week was a busy one, but I was able to sneak in a date night on Wednesday with
my beautiful wife, Christina.
This week, we honored Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. at the Italian Community Center in Milwaukee, and we will be in Appleton, Sheboygan, Green Bay, Shawano, Wausau, and Waupaca in the coming days to continue sharing our message.
Christina and I are so grateful for your continued encouragement and support. We will keep you updated as we move closer to Election Day, Tuesday, April 2!
See you out on the trail,
Brian Hagedorn
