The 2nd Amendment was added to the Bill of Rights for all individuals, it shall not be infringed. This includes all law abiding citizens and it is a great idea to learn about fire arms, and understand them. Allowing criminals to go unchecked, encourages them, and they don't pay any attention to your rights, you have none in their view.

I use to think that the NRA over exaggerated their agenda, now I know that they are one of the few, organizations who fights for your Constitutional rights every day. I now, am a life member, and I am, because we need a firm stance against those who don't understand that we need to offer resistance to those who will will give up our freedom.
