In a video released earlier this week, 1848 Project Rebecca Kleefisch exposed a University of Wisconsin system school hosting critical race theory and hateful, anti-police rhetoric on their website. Following her release of the video highlighting UW-River Falls linking to a document that supports the “All Cops are Bastards” movement, the webpage was deleted.

We are announcing some great news today. Republicans will be passing a $3.4 billion tax cut for Wisconsin's middle class! Recently, the non-partisan Legislative Fiscal Bureau reported that the state would see $4.4 billion more than expected in revenues. It's your money and we will be passing a budget that sends much of it back to the people and businesses of our great state.

There's still much we don't know about Covid-19. I try not to be critical of officials forced to make tough decisions with imperfect information. But as we know more, it's a matter of life and death to integrate what we learn as future policy decisions are made.

Even before the vaccines' use was authorized, many doctors I consulted were expressing concerns over indiscriminate mass vaccination. They were particularly worried about lack of benefit and hyperactivating responses in individuals previously infected with Covid-19.

Workforce Recovery Bill Passes Legislature

The bill I co-authored to help address the current worker shortage in Wisconsin passed the Legislature. It will encourage unemployed individuals to return-to-work to make sure the state’s economy continues to grow. It ends Wisconsin’s participation in federal unemployment compensation enhancement programs which actually dis-incentivize people from returning to work.
