We hope you are having a happy and healthy Holiday Season as we prepare to celebrate Christmas and ring in the New Year.

The American people notched another victory this week as a Federal judge blocked the last of President Biden’s vaccine mandates for businesses, saying the President exceeded his authority with his requirement that would have forced millions of employees of federal contractors to get the jab.

Despite the pile of court cases and rulings that prove Biden doesn’t have the authority to issue mandates – this was the fifth judicial rebuke in less than a month – the President is still telling businesses to ignore court opinions (more on that later). It also hasn’t stopped Anthony Fauci from suggesting American families implement a vaccine mandate in their own homes ahead of the holidays by requiring guests to get the jab in order to partake in festivities with their family and friends.

Speaking of the holidays, White House officials warned that Americans may face higher prices and some empty shelves this season. Telegram readers won’t be shocked as we’ve been keeping up on rising prices and how the Biden administration’s policy choices have made that situation even worse.

U.S. inflation recently reached a 39-year high and consumer prices surged at the fastest pace in nearly four decades – leaving Americans to pay more for nearly everything from gas to groceries. To add insult to injury the Biden administration’s message to Americans was to simply lower your expectations.

This week in Washington we voted on a bill to address one of the self-inflicted crises created by Biden administration policies over the past year. The Ocean Shipping Reform Act, which will help relieve port congestion by limiting the export of empty shipping containers when there are American goods waiting to be loaded. I supported this bill in hopes that it will help get goods out of port and back onto the shelves.

Some people don't appreciate the everyday common sense direction of Tom Tiffany, but it is extremely important if we are going to save America from Tyranny and the socialist.
