Attorney General Josh Kaul announced a $160,000 settlement with Gundersen Lutheran Administrative Services, Inc. The settlement resolves a civil environmental enforcement action against the company for alleged violations of its air pollution control permit and state air pollution control regulations for the company’s operation of a wood-fired boiler in La Crosse County, Wisconsin.

So a look into this violation appears to show some insignificant minor issues from a mild violation by Gundersen employees and maybe only one. They were trying to be environmentally friendly and burning wood scrap. producing free electricity and getting rid of a byproduct.

As I see it, Gundersen is trying to help society and now they have been attacked by an abusive state government bureaucrat, with an ego. It is fine for government oversight in some cases, but this is pure Tyranny. They should have said " We are from the government and are here to help" but no, they said you people who work for the good of the community are going to pay us money because you're not perfect.

Some of you know I am into Liberty and Justice for All, but can you tell me what Justice this massive fine could serve?
