There is a lot of noise regarding the Limit, Save, Grow Act. I want you to hear this from me: as a retired Navy SEAL, 100 percent service-connected veteran, Chairman of a Veterans' Affairs Subcommittee in Congress, and most importantly, someone who has actually read the bill, I am telling you that the Limit, Save, Grow Act sets a topline number for the entire federal budget. It does not cut the VA budget.

I will always work for the brave men and women who have served our great nation, including by ensuring our veterans have access to the care, benefits, and services they have earned. I will also always fight back against false political attacks on the backs of our veterans. I look forward to continuing to serve them and serve you in Congress.
