Stepping in to help my husband out today

If you had told me years ago, back when my husband Tom and I were raising our three daughters and running our small business up in the Northwoods, that we’d be spending our days crisscrossing the state for a gubernatorial campaign... I’m not sure I would have believed you!

If we haven’t had the pleasure of meeting, my name’s Chris, and I’m writing to you today from our kitchen table.

Right now, Tom is traveling the state, shaking hands and talking with a group of local families about how hard it’s gotten to just make ends meet here in Wisconsin.

If you know my husband, you know this is exactly where he belongs. He has always been a regular guy who isn't afraid of hard work – whether it was milking cows growing up on the dairy farm, or his 29 years working as a dam tender.

Around our house, he’ll always just be the dam man!

When Tom decided to run for Governor of Wisconsin, we knew it would change our lives. But as his wife, I supported this 100% because I know his heart. Tom loves this state too much to watch the American Dream slip away from our kids and grandkids.

He’s running because he truly believes Madison needs a heavy dose of Northwoods common sense.

I get a front-row seat to his dedication every single day. I see the late nights, the early mornings, and the genuine, deep care he has for the people of this state.

Tom is working his heart out on the campaign trail, but he can’t do this alone. That’s why I’m stepping in to ask, as his wife: Can you help us build the grassroots momentum we need to win?

If you're able to chip in $15, $35, or whatever you can manage right now, it would mean the world to both of us. It helps keep our campaign strong, our message spreading, and Tom traveling across Wisconsin meeting with voters, listening to their stories, and talking about how we can move our state forward.

CHIP IN WHATEVER YOU CAN

Thank you so much for your friendship, your prayers, and your continued support for our family. We truly couldn’t do this without you.
