In Defense of Lower Taxes
The Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has uncovered up to $55 billion in wasteful spending and that is the tip of the iceberg according to multiple sources.
Imagine what your family could have done with that money instead of it being wasted in the swamps of Washington, D.C.
Our family is preparing for the wedding of our oldest child this year. Simultaneously, I'm preparing my taxes and it appears I'll be forced to cut back on my generosity of gifts I was planning to give for the wedding because my taxes are higher than I anticipated.
Imagine what wonderful gifts and what a beautiful ceremony I could have paid for if those thousands and thousands of dollars hadn't been confiscated from my paycheck throughout the year.
Imagine the main street stores I could have shopped at and the services for decorations, entertainment, and liquor who won't be getting those dollars now.
Imagine those shop owners who might have used those dollars to expand their operations and hire more workers who would have earned good salaries in support of their families in the same way I try to do for mine.
Our economy cannot afford any increases in taxes. It is time to say NO to government waste by maintaining the 2017 Trump Tax Cuts.
I stand with my friends at americansforprosperity.org and protectprosperity.com in the cause to protect our hard working taxpayers so they can keep even more of their pay.

Great points!
Presidents Kennedy, Reagan, Bush, and Trump improved the American economy by limiting the extortion of taxes from the working people. We must stand up to the freeloading left who, on average, pay far less in taxes. And if you want to see America stumble, just wait until the rich pay their fair share! Why should the rich pay 90 percent of the taxes? Let them pay what the average person pays; after all, the low pay no pay taxpayers get all the same government protections and benefits as the rich. Yes, it is time the rich pay their fair share!
