Will This Election Cycle Change America?
What happens after this election cycle might change America in ways none of us could have of ever imagined.
Some people believe no matter which candidate wins the presidency that there will certainly be civil unrest. That a state of mental illness will ensue that will be unmatched by any time in the country’s past history.
Why is that?
Division? Hate? Media manipulation?
If something happened on Tuesday to disrupt your ability to vote, will you wish you would have voted early in-person absentee? Will you let it go, or hold it against your neighbor because of their party yard signs?
How about the local races? Now that you see who won, will it cause you to get involved more to either fight with, or fight against future changes that will affect your life?
Can your inactivity in the process be blamed for the results of the election? Did you do your part? Did you do enough? Did you even vote?
I’m writing this on Sunday night while the Packer game continues. One team lost. Will anyone blame it on the rain? Cloud seeding that caused three continuous days of rain? Ha ha, I’m sure someone will post about that on social media after the election.
How about election integrity? I’m sure there will be plenty of people on either side boasting of the cheat.
How did we get to this point as a nation?
I’m looking forward to lower gas prices at the pumps, lower grocery prices at the store and no tax on tips, overtime and social security. Heck maybe someday we won’t even have to pay income tax anymore. But only if people voted Republican down ballot. If they didn’t, I’m not sure the country will survive. Of course, that’s just my opinion.
I will try to play nice, no promises though.

Lots of interesting points and questions.
I will follow up with a few comments on the election. I want a law that says no one can go door to door or encourage anyone in any way to vote with the exception of a candidate. I know that statement seems outrageous, but here is why. If an individual does not vote on their own initiative, they distort the election outcome and America does not need or want them to vote. If they do not vote without paid or agenda influence, they are distorting our constitutional republic.
I will also make a claim that very few Republicans or Libertarians vote because they have been lobbied with a narrow self-serving agenda, but Democrats do and they vote in the hope of getting more from the government. I vote for the Constitutional survival of America.
