Vulnerabilities in Wisconsin's elections
Harry Wait is going on trial for intentionally exposing vulnerabilities in Wisconsin's elections. His trial will be held on March 23rd and 24th at the Racine County Law Enforcement Center.
But Judge Daniel Johnson, who is presiding over the proceedings, appears to be signaling that he won't allow critical evidence that would expose those vulnerabilities at the trial.
If this is true it's a major problem and ironic, because we have a man sitting on the bench with the title of "Judge", who is obviously not using "Good Judgement".
FROM X/TWITTER:
- "Two election integrity cases. Two different states. Two judges signaling defendants won't get to explain their actions to a jury. Harry Wait's trial is just beginning — pay attention. #HarryWait #TinaPeters #ElectionIntegrity #Wisconsin"
- "'Normally someone's reason for violating the law isn't relevant at trial' - Judge Johnson, Harry Wait pretrial 3/11/26. Peters' judge said the same thing. Pattern emerging?"
- "Judge in Harry Wait trial already signaling his reasons for acting won't be heard by jury. Sound familiar? Ask Tina Peters. #ElectionIntegrity #HarryWait"
