Russian Invasion of Ukraine
As a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, I've been to Ukraine and have met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
Weakness tempts tyrants and totalitarians to seek more power. People who only want to live in peace suffer the consequences.
Ultimately, there is only one group of people responsible for the tragedies unfolding - Vladimir Putin and his cronies. They have stolen wealth from the Russian people, destabilized and done great harm to their European neighbors, and now they've crossed another line that will yield untold horrors. Europe must act with strength and resolve to prevent risking a wider conflict, and the U.S. must support our NATO allies and freedom loving people in this moment of extreme peril.

Ron Johnson is Right!
Here is a quote from Biden... "It's not like we're dealing with a terrorist organization," the president told NBC earlier this month. "We're dealing with one of the largest armies in the world. This is a very difficult situation, and things could go crazy quickly."
Yes, President Biden, this is a terrorist organization! But never, never, never tell your enemy we are afraid of them, that encourages them.
Puttin is having fun, taking what he wants, he is despicable scum and the world should refer to him as that. He deserves no respect, he is more evil than many of the murderous dictators of history. There should be no limit to what sanctions the world puts on Russia.
This is a trial, to see how easily this goes, look out Lithuania, Estonia, and Latvia.
I don't want any troops in this war. If Putin's troops move into NATO countries, America will have no choice, and then we must not pull any punches, and to use Putin's words, it will be like something never seen before!
No troops, just missiles and bombs, and it should be real Shock and Awe, This monster Putin, needs to be stopped fast.
