We have accomplished many things in Washington, D.C. and Wisconsin’s Third Congressional District during my first term in Congress, and I wanted to take a moment to reflect on our work over these past two years. My number one priority is to best serve you, so if you have any thoughts, concerns, or ideas you would like to share with me, I encourage you to contact one of my offices.

Since taking office in 2023, my office has received 289,806 contacts from constituents in Wisconsin’s Third District. Through email alone, my office reached more than 201,000 constituents with over 224 informational updates sent directly to their inboxes. If you would like to receive updates on what I’m doing for you in the Third District and Washington, D.C., click here to subscribe to my newsletter.

One of the most important things my office can do is cut through the red tape with your federal agency inquiries. Over the past two years, my office helped 1,091 folks with their federal agency inquiries. Whether you need to access your military records through the VA, would like assistance with obtaining your Social Security benefits, or have any other federal agency related issues, my district staff will work to get you the results you deserve. If you would like assistance with a federal agency, click here to contact the district office closest to you.

By cutting through the red tape with federal agencies, my office secured a return of $2,805,275 to constituents. If you are experiencing significant delays or incorrect or missing payments from a federal agency, please contact the district office closest to you so a member of my staff can follow up with the appropriate agency on your behalf.

Instead of letting federal dollars only go to Madison and Milwaukee, I’m working to ensure western Wisconsin gets its share. This year, I worked to secure $26,932,361 in Fiscal Year 2024 Community Project Funding for the Third District. These dollars go toward completing important projects throughout the district like filtering PFAS from drinking water, reconstructing roads, and upgrading equipment for first responders.

My office sent out more than 55,000 responses to constituent inquiries through phone call, letter, and email who requested a response from my office. If you would like to share your thoughts, concerns, or insight with me, I encourage you to contact my office where my staff will be ready to help get your questions answered.

For constituents who visit Washington, D.C., my office can organize personalized U.S. Capitol Tours. Since 2023, my staff and I have taken 2,236 folks from the Third District on a Capitol tour. If you would like a tour of our nation’s Capitol building led by either myself or a member of my staff, please call my D.C. office at (202) 225-5506.

Since my first day in office, I introduced or signed on as a cosponsor of 312 pieces of legislation. These bills offer solutions to a variety of different issues facing everyday Americans like lowering gas prices, securing the border, protecting Social Security, and more. To stay up to date on the legislation I’m working on, click here.

I have personally introduced 30 pieces of legislation in the House of Representatives and am incredibly proud to have 8 of my bills passed out of the House. As a Member on the House Veterans Affairs, Agriculture, and Transportation and Infrastructure committees, I’m continuously working to find solutions to the issues that matter the most to you.

While there are times of political disagreement between Republicans and Democrats in Congress, there are also many opportunities to work together to deliver the best results for the American people. Since coming to Congress, I’ve worked alongside my Democrat colleagues and signed on as a cosponsor of 195 bipartisan bills. Out of the 282 bills I have cosponsored, 69% are bipartisan with at least once Democrat sponsor or cosponsor.

I’m incredibly proud of everything we’ve accomplished this year, and I remain committed to delivering the results you and your family deserve.
