My Letter to County Voters
Our community stands at an important moment. Too often, people feel like local government is something that happens to them instead of something that works for them. Many good people have never voted in a local election because they believe their voice doesn’t matter. But the truth is this: local elections are often decided by just a handful of votes. Your voice matters more here than almost anywhere else.
I’m running for La Crosse County Board because, like you, I believe government should focus on what truly matters: safe communities, strong infrastructure, and responsible stewardship of your tax dollars. When government loses focus, taxpayers pay the price. When leaders stay disciplined and prioritize wisely, families and small businesses thrive.
My commitment is simple: bring common sense, transparency, and accountability back to county government. That means asking tough questions, protecting your hard-earned money, and making sure the county stays focused on its core responsibilities instead of distractions.
This campaign is about you. It’s about the families trying to make ends meet, the retirees on fixed incomes, the young people hoping to build a future here, and the neighbors who simply want government to work responsibly and respectfully.
If you’ve never voted before, this is the perfect election to start. Local elections shape the roads you drive, the safety of your neighborhoods, and the property taxes you pay. Your vote has real impact.
Election day is Tuesday, April 7, but you don’t have to wait until then to make your voice heard. Starting March 24th, you can vote early at the clerk’s office. Take a few minutes, beat the lines and go vote. And bring a friend or family member to join you. Heck, bring 10!
Together, we can bring practical leadership and renewed focus to La Crosse County.
I’ve been endorsed by state and national leaders who recognize my commitment to protecting tax payers as described above. But that means nothing without your vote. I won’t be able to lower taxes if I’m not in that seat and even then it will be a fight that I’m ready for.
I would be honored to earn your vote. Please check out my Facebook page listed below and feel free to reach out with any questions or feedback. Thanks for taking a few minutes to read through this!
Take care and God bless,
