First, Van Orden should have told the town to just don't allow any more use of these firefighting chemicals, and tell the federal government they might be stupid, but we are not!
Next, we must figure out if we can fix this, or if will we have to live with it. If we have to live with it, let's not spend a fortune, Let's switch to bottled water as many have and not spend a fortune on a solution that may not exist
