Liberty Over Lies: Why Democrats Fear Cutting Waste, Fraud, and Abuse

By any reasonable measure, today's Democrat leaders have completely lost their grip on reality. Their hatred for Donald Trump has blinded them to basic principles of responsible governance—so much so that they’d rather defend waste, fraud, and abuse than support common-sense reforms just because Republicans proposed them.

Case in point: Wisconsin Senator Tammy Baldwin’s hysterical reaction to a bill that aims to cut *waste*, *fraud*, and *abuse*—not legitimate benefits—from Medicaid and other government insurance programs. Let that sink in. The only people affected by these changes are those who are *defrauding* the system or choosing not to work despite being able to. Vast majorities of Americans agree: if you *can* work, you *should* work. Yet Baldwin cries foul, suggesting millions may lose coverage. If that's true, are we to believe there are millions of freeloaders she’s protecting?

Let’s also clear up a crucial distinction the media and left-wing politicians love to blur: *health coverage* is not the same as *health care*. No one in this country can legally be denied emergency treatment. If you’re sick and show up at an ER, you will be treated. Period. That’s the law. But instead of empowering churches, charities, and communities to step in when needed, Baldwin and her allies want the government to run it all.

This isn’t about compassion—it’s about control. The real goal of the left is to grow government, expand dependency, and tax the working class to death. They treat our earnings like government property, and anyone asking for it back is painted as greedy.

No, Senator Baldwin—this isn’t about “tax cuts for the rich.” It’s about restoring liberty, rewarding work, and protecting the taxpayer. If Democrats can’t even support eliminating *fraud*, then it’s clear: they’re more loyal to Marxist ideology than to the American people.
