Justice for Unborn Americans!

The highest court in the land, made a determination on the Constitutionality of a Texas abortion law. No, they did not make a decision, they made a determination. Supreme Court Justice’s do not decide law, they determine if a law is Constitutional. Only 5 of our Justices got it right, the 4 that did not include John Roberts, and they made a decision, based on their agenda and not the Constitution.

While that is upsetting, it is minuscule, compared to the ignorant and inconsiderate statement by President Joe Biden. Biden stated that this was an “unprecedented assault on a woman’s constitutional rights.” We not only have a Constitution, we also have the Declaration of Independence. Our Declaration of Independence states: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.”

All people are created equal. Individuals have a civic duty to defend these rights for themselves and others.

Honorable people would tell you that an unborn child deserves that right, and that we should not allow a selfish parent or whoever, to destroy that precious child.

For well over 200 years, we have stated in America that we would strive for Justice for all, not justice for some.

Good points my friend!
It is not only our President that has said the Texas law is unconstitutional, but one of the dissenting liberal leftist ladies on the US Supreme Court also claimed it was unconstitutional. We all know the President's mental capacity is in question, but thought the Justices of the Supreme Court had to take an oath to uphold the Constitution.and therefore knew what was in it.
There are now five or six other state legislatures that have initiated introducing a similar law based on the one Texas just passed. Imitation is flatter!
Further, the next time we have a judicial election, we should make sure the candidates know the difference between a determination and a decision. We need candidates that determine based on the Constitution and don't decide based on personal political agenda.
