The Joseph Project connects people with jobs. What started in Milwaukee in 2015 at Greater Praise Church of God and Christ, has now grown to programs in Wausau, Green Bay and Eagle River (the Northwoods).

Class 126 of the Joseph Project was held this month in Milwaukee. I met with participants on day one of their one-week class schedule. It's amazing how much can be accomplished in a short time. During that week, participants learn about time management, goal setting, conflict resolution and then are ready to interview for jobs by Friday.

Read more about our week-long, faith-based initiative on my website or watch the following new video about the Joseph Project in Wasuau.

Government jobs contribute very little, as it cost the taxpayers money to fund them. Private sector jobs, generate a product and a legitimate taxable base. People like Ron Johnson, and John Menard, and there is a long list, create lots of jobs, and those jobs go on to produce lots of tax revenue. They also allow these individuals to buy houses, and that leads to lots more jobs, and this is Trickle-down economics. Building a house employs loggers, sawmill workers, cement contractors, carpet mill workers, carpenters, plumbers, and electricians, and all those people go out and spend money buying cars, and houses, and they live a quality standard of living.

Ron Johnson's discussion here is a successful program, and one of the main reasons is that the worker understands that it is their contribution that makes it a success. Democrat programs keep pumping money into failed socialistic programs, that make people dependent rather than independent.
