"It is my honor to enthusiastically endorse Jessi Ebben as a candidate for the United States House of Representatives. These are extremely tumultuous times where basic principles and values are being challenged. Principles are self evident natural laws with which successful leaders align themselves. I know that Jessi is a young energetic, principled individual who will stand up against people like AOC and the so called SQUAD. This is no time to rely on career politicians to meet these challenging demands. As a proactive leader she will not allow outside influences to impair her judgment."

Ed Kondracki
City of La Crosse Police Chief (retired)
Former President of Wisconsin Chiefs of Police Assoc.
Former Board of Governors Wisconsin Bar Assoc.

Ed Kondracki was a member of the City of Milwaukee Police Department from 1965 to 1993. He worked in every aspect of law enforcement and achieved the 3rd highest rank as Director of Management, Analysis and Planning. Ed ran a successful City of Milwaukee United Way campaign and was an advocate for community policing.

Ed served as the Chief of Police for the City of La Crosse from 1993 to 2012. He became president of the Wisconsin Chiefs Association, was appointed to the board of governors for Wisconsin Bar Association and served on numerous community boards.

Ed currently is a member of the Salvation Army board of directors where he chairs the programs committee. He currently serves on the outreach committee for First Lutheran Church and volunteers for the La Crosse Historical Society.

"I'm proud and humbled to receive Ed Kondracki's endorsement. Throughout his career, Ed has been a passionate leader in bringing together stakeholders in and outside of law enforcement to unite our communities in service and safety. With decades of dedicated service in law enforcement and advocacy for community policing, Ed knows the importance of having a representative who will stand up for our police and for law and order.

"America is at a turning point and the next generation of conservative leaders must fight against the liberals tearing at the very fabric of our society. It is woven by civil servants and community leaders, like Ed, who want to reform what is broken, not destroy our foundation. While liberals have successfully defined my generation by electing left-wing radicals, they do not speak for all of us. In Congress, I will stand for Wisconsin values and fight against the left's destructive agenda. I will honor the sacrifices of our brave law enforcement officers by preserving our country of law and order."

Jessi Ebben
Candidate for U.S. Congress, WI-03
