GAO Report Exposes Widespread Vulnerabilities in ACA Premium Tax Credit Program
A recent report from the federal Government Accountability Office reveled just how little oversight there is into possible fraud involving Obamacare premium subsidies. Courtney Graves highlights these problems in the $120 billion premium subsidy program and points out that basic fraud prevention tactics could go a long way to ensuring only those who should benefit from the program are receiving the government assistance.

The Media needs to ask
If the media that keeps telling us that the republicans are the problem, would ask and then answer who will pay for it if we cover these high medical fees, if we continue the subsidy on insurance? The answer is our grandchildren.
What they really need to do is get the government out of medicine and get back to supply and demand and free enterprise. In our area, and I will just give a tiny example, Winona Health spent 23 million dollars on a facelift 20 years ago, and the medical service got no improvement at all, but it sure is a beautiful new facade.
Now look at local examples. Why do we have so many new buildings? It is because they can with these excessive medical fees. Not to mention the profits for the insurance companies.
