Here is my take on Trump's tariffs and what I think I see happening. We clearly have some countries aggressively working to satisfy Trump's demands on trade fairness. Trump says over 90 countries are in line waiting to negotiate (lets just assume that is true for a minute)What I think is happening is that many of these countries are seizing the opportunity to move in on China's share of the American markets, wow what an opportunity, a chance to stock the shelves at walmart! So what if they cut their profit margins a bit, they double their profits by tripling their market share. That Trumpster is so clever, let us sit back and let him negotiate, he is a great poker player and understands the art of the deal!
