Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act

It’s simple: Biological men shouldn’t be competing in girls’ sports. Just last week, a federal district court judge rejected President Biden’s continuous unlawful attempts to rewrite Title IX that would have allowed biological men into women’s sports and private spaces, like locker rooms. This should never happen – women and girls’ sports and spaces must be protected

That is why I’m proud to have voted to pass the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act out of the House today. This bill allows women and girls a fair playing field in competitive sports by ensuring that school athletics comply with Title IX.

I will always work to protect women’s spaces and defend their decades of hard-earned progress for safety and equality in sports.
