On the Job at the Strike Zone in Tomah

For my latest "On the Job" visit, I had the immense pleasure of working a shift at the Strike Zone and Pizones Pizza in downtown Tomah.

During my time at the local business, I got the chance to oil the bowling lanes, disinfect bowling shoes, drill finger holes in bowling balls, tend the bar, wait tables and help prepare several food items, including pizzas, chicken fettuccine alfredo, hamburgers and broccoli salad.

My staff is currently putting together video footage of my stop at the Strike Zone and Pizones Pizza. I cannot wait to share the finished product with you as soon as it is ready.

In the meantime, you can view additional photos on my Facebook page.

Since I was first elected to the Wisconsin Senate in 2016, I have regularly spent a day "On the Job" with local employers to get a better understanding of their operations and to highlight the employment opportunities available in our area. It also allows me to see firsthand how the decisions we make in Madison impact our local communities.

If you know of a business in the 24th Senate District that would like to be featured in one of my future "On the Job" segments, please contact my office.
