I would like to wish everyone in Wisconsin a very Happy Thanksgiving.

Here in the 24th Senate District, we know a thing or two about Thanksgiving meals. We are the main reason why our state is the third-largest producer of potatoes in the country and we also lead the nation in growing cranberries. Additionally, we are home to a substantial number of turkey farms.

I hope you get to spend the day Thursday eating some of Central Wisconsin's finest foods while being surrounded by family and friends at the dinner table.

We all have many reasons to be thankful, regardless of our current circumstances. Thanksgiving is the perfect day to reflect on our blessings and to remember that we should be grateful for each and every moment we get on this Earth.
