UPDATE: CouleeConservatives.com Files Formal Complaint with Wisconsin Elections Commission for Democrat Violations

CouleeConservatives.com announced their formal complaint to the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) after discovering that local Democrats may be violating campaign finance laws. Wisconsin law describes campaign finance reporting requirements for contributions especially those that are greater than $200 in value.

For over a year now, WIZM has spent their time and resources on behalf of the Democrat Party of La Crosse and the Third District Democrat Party by producing and publishing a podcast featuring William Garcia, Chair of both Democrat Party organizations. I analyzed the Democrat campaign finance reports but I could find no mention for this significant in-kind contribution coming from the radio station. I can only imagine how much it must cost in time and resources to produce the podcast and then advertise it over the air on the FCC regulated airwaves. Are Democrats breaking Wisconsin law by hiding this in-kind contribution? What else are they hiding? Here in the Coulee Region, we value decency and honesty. It’s a shame that Democrat leaders don’t respect that.

I have very little faith in the WEC, but I will wait to see if they will clean up this injustice and publicly reprimand WIZM for the blessing of the Democrat policies and their vicious attacks on Conservative candidates and conservative political leaders. Garcia is on often and appears to have a position of authority that constantly slams conservative views and candidates. Listeners to WIZM listen to this drivel and assume it is legitimate info. It is time we see some justice in broadcasting, not just more biased campaigning!

Thanks for taking this action, I am tired of being bullied!
