I have heard myself and many others say it hundreds of times recently - "I am SO SICK of this election!"

People can't wait until November 6th. You know, the day AFTER this election?

I used to joke with my wife that I knew how to stop all the political ads on TV. The best way that I knew was to GO VOTE! Then it would end.

In all seriousness, I'm sure you know that elections are not the END, but the BEGINNING!

Why is that? Because once people are elected to office, then the real work begins!

You see, while we may be tired of all the election rhetoric, we can be thankful that we still can elect people to represent us in government. Many in the world don't have that privilige.

Even better would be to see the person YOU voted for win the election. How can you do that?

Join us this Monday at 6:00PM in the La Crosse AFP offce in discussing the "how" behind citizen contact. People want to vote, but only 33 in 100 who want to vote actually vote. Unless someone reaches out and talks with them.
