Serving You in the 118th Congress
My number one priority in Congress is delivering results for the people of Wisconsin’s Third District. Whether it be responding to your legislative questions, assisting with a federal agency inquiry, or securing Community Project Funding (CPF), I’m always working to best serve you. As we head into a new year and start the 119th Congress, I wanted to take a moment to share the casework accomplished for the Third District in the 118th Congress.
Since being sworn in to Congress in 2023, my office received 151,571 contacts from across Wisconsin’s Third District. Through email alone, my office reached more than 200,000 constituents with over 190 informational updates sent directly to their inboxes.
In the 118th Congress, my office assisted 1,470 constituents with their federal agency inquiries. This includes cases that have been officially opened by my office and do not include quick turnaround assistance. Whether you need help with applying for your Veterans’ Affairs benefits, a passport expedited, or any other federal agency-related issue, my district staff will work to get you the results you deserve.
Through federal agency casework inquiries opened with my office, we recovered $3,409,165 in delayed or missing payments for constituents. This includes $935,324 from the Social Security Administration, $685,978 from Veterans Affairs, and $8,547 from Medicare.
If you are experiencing significant delays or missing payments from a federal agency such as the Social Security Administration or Veterans Affairs, please contact the district office closest to you so a member of my staff can follow up with the appropriate agency on your behalf.
Between assisting with grant funding and processing delays, securing FY24 Community Project Funding, and casework assistance, my office helped bring $32,282,943 to Wisconsin’s Third District.
Over the past two years, my office sent out more than 70,871 responses to constituent inquiries through phone call, letter, and email. Unless stated that you would not like a response, my office will get you the answers to your questions. If you would like to share your thoughts, concerts, or insights with me, I encourage you to contact my office, where my staff will be ready to assist you.
One of my favorite things to do with constituents when they visit my office in Washington, D.C. is to set them up with a personal U.S. Capitol tour. My staff and I have taken 2,587 folks from the Third District on a Capitol tour since 2023. If you would like a tour of our nation’s Capitol building led by either myself or a member of my staff, please call my D.C. office at (202) 225-5506.
